Events like organizational redesign, new leadership, and revised strategy can hinder productivity unless teams are equipped to respond with resilience.

This four-hour workshop includes individual resilience assessments with an anonymized team summary. Participants will develop skills to increase their resilience and support one another for the good of the whole.

Sessions may be in person or virtual.

Cost: $4,500 for teams up to 15 people
