Recently I’ve noticed a recurring topic among my coaching clients around FEEDBACK. Wanting to receive it, needing to provide it and everything in between.
In service to this community of learners, I’m launching a series of short videos where I’ll share tools, information, and resources to help you recognize the importance of both giving and receiving feedback, practical tips on how it’s done, and the obstacles to avoid.
Make no mistake, whether you are on the giving or receiving side, feedback is challenging. These conversations can bring up feelings of insecurity and too often they are avoided. A genuine feedback interaction requires courage and vulnerability. Yikes, I know! Believe me, we are not born knowing how to do this. But take heart, the capability can be learned.
